I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist (please find further information about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy below), Couple Counsellor and EMDR Therapist. I have been providing treatment for clients suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, phobias, bereavement, relationship problems as well as complex co-morbid issues. I also work at The Priory, Chelmsford, specifically with clients suffering from OCD, trauma and depression.
