METHODOLOGIES

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combines cognitive and behavioural therapies. The approach focuses on thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions, and teaches clients how each can affect the other. CBT is useful to help clients cope with several issues, including perfectionism-based depression, anxiety, and phobias.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a non-hypnosis psychotherapy procedure where a therapist guides the client through images, emotions, and body sensations associated with the trauma. This approach allows the mind to heal psychological trauma alongside physical trauma.
Coaching is helping the client gain clarity on any situation through thought-provoking questions and inspire them to take positive action both on personal & professional levels. Coaching aims to raise awareness and responsibility to unlock potential. Responsibility is generated by offering choice and setting up accountability, which increases confidence, self-motivation and commitment.
Coaching moves the focus of attention on strengths, successes and future possibilities. It leaves behind what is perceived by the client as mistakes & failures and removes judgement, blame and limiting beliefs.
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates sensory-based interventions and behaviour-modification techniques to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and equip you with the right tools and techniques to achieve your desired outcomes.
NLP enables and teaches us to better understand the way our brain processes the words we use and how that can impact our past, present, and future.
