My experience with Aylin has been awesome. Aylin helped me get unstuck and I've been able to deal with situations a lot better than I had before. I definitely feel less anxious and less stressed out about things, and being able to set boundaries, stick to them. I think that's a massive thing. Asking for help was a big thing and embarrassing for me, but Aylin is really friendly, she made me feel really comfortable and at ease straight away.

I don't think I'll be able to express how much Aylin has helped me over the last 6 months in a short paragraph but here goes...Having struggled unknowingly with social anxiety for more or less my whole life and in the last year or so having several anxiety attacks, my family recommended that I try CBT therapy. At first the word 'therapy' put me off because of the stigma attached to people that see therapists, I just didn't think it was for me and I certainly wouldn't want to tell anyone I was having therapy.. how wrong I was. Aylin proved that instantly and I knew straight away this was the right thing for me. Aylin is a brilliant coach, she guided me toward a new way of thinking. And in fact I actually talk to people about our zoom sessions all the time as I apply the things I am learning to my every day life. CBT has changed my life for the better and I can honestly say that I am the happiest and most confident in myself that I have ever been.
