MODULE ONE

Foundations of Self

Establish a baseline of emotional state and begin to identify core values and strengths.

Start your journey by understanding the basic principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and applying them to everyday situations. Through initial self-assessment exercises, you will set the stage for personal growth and begin to uncover your unique strengths and core values.

MODULE two

Mapping the Mind

Gain clarity on thought patterns and start reshaping negative beliefs.

Learn to visually map your thought processes and identify the triggers for your anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. With cognitive restructuring techniques, you will start transforming these thoughts into more positive, empowering beliefs.

MODULE three

Emotional Grounding

Improve emotional regulation and presence.
Engage in grounding techniques and practice mindfulness meditation to stabilise your moods and emotional responses. This module will support your journey to achieving greater calmness and resilience in daily life.

MODULE four

Breaking the Chains

Begin addressing the traumas affecting present emotional health.
Explore Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to process and heal past traumas. This understanding will prevent past experiences from negatively influencing your current life decisions and emotional wellbeing.

MODULE five

Navigating Stress

Boost self-confidence and assertiveness.
Build your self-confidence through the creation of personal affirmations and role-playing scenarios that challenge negative self-beliefs and enhance your assertive behaviours in both personal and professional environments.

MODULE six

Navigating Stress

Better management of stress and development of coping strategies.
Equip yourself with practical tools and strategies to manage and mitigate stress. This module focuses on improving your abilities to handle pressures in both your personal life and professional settings effectively.

MODULE seven

Cultivating Connections

Improve interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
Engage in relationship building activities and enhance your communication skills to foster deeper connections. This module is designed to strengthen your ability to communicate effectively and empathically in all your relationships.
