Engage in grounding techniques and practice mindfulness meditation to stabilise your moods and emotional responses. This module will support your journey to achieving greater calmness and resilience in daily life.

Breaking Unhelpful Patterns

Begin identifying and changing the thinking and behaviour patterns that maintain anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm in daily life.

Explore how unhelpful thinking patterns and learned responses continue to influence your emotional wellbeing. Through practical, evidence-based CBT techniques, you will learn how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact, and how to interrupt cycles that keep anxiety and stress going. This understanding helps reduce the impact of past experiences on present-day decisions and emotional balance.

Boost self-confidence and assertiveness.
Build your self-confidence through the creation of personal affirmations and role-playing scenarios that challenge negative self-beliefs and enhance your assertive behaviours in both personal and professional environments.
