What to expect from our introductory meeting:
• We will be exploring the issues you have been facing, how they are affecting how you feel about yourself and your life.
• Explore the challenges that are holding you back from where you want to be.
• We will discuss any past coaching or treatment you have received that may or may not have been helpful.
• We will identify the goals that you are looking to achieve at the end of the programme.
• Recommendation on methodologies that would be most helpful to move forward towards a transformation and how they would work.
Your commitment is needed so you can get the best out of your sessions with me.
- You are expected to attend all of your sessions to ensure that the programme is successful for you.
- You are invited to authentically express what you need and feel during the session.
- You are encouraged to take an active role in your journey and to be responsible for your progress.
- You are encouraged to give honest feedback so we can improve and change your sessions to ensure that the sessions are as effective as it be for you.
- While it can be difficult and challenging for some of you to engage with therapy sessions, I ask that you attend at least three sessions before deciding to stay or to withdraw to feel the benefits of the programme.
- Your willingness and commitment to work on the changes is the most fundamental part of our process.
All programmes are personalised and tailored to suit your individual needs.
Each programme plan starts from £1.800 and can run up to £3.400 for my signature “Anxiety Mastery in 7 Steps” Programme.
