I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist (please find further information about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy below), Couple Counsellor and EMDR Therapist. I have been providing treatment for clients suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, phobias, bereavement, relationship problems as well as complex co-morbid issues.

I also work at The Priory, specifically with clients suffering from OCD, trauma and depression.

 

I am passionate about helping people and have been treating a huge variety of clients. I am happy to cater for anybody in a safe and friendly environment, where together we can explore unhelpful thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgemental manner.

 

Besides English, I also speak fluent Turkish and Danish.

 

I am AXA PPP and Vitality Health registered.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, also known as CBT, is an active psychotherapy that looks at the way our thoughts and feelings affect the way we behave.

We also offer EMDR Therapy - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

CBT For Couples

 Cognitive Behavioural couples therapy combine interventions to help couples change problematic behaviors, as well as to learn to accept other behaviors that have been the source of conflict. Using a combination of acceptance and change strategies, couples learn to enhance intimacy and effectively resolve differences.

Our  Legal Psychology team provides reports for courts, legal representatives and parole boards.

 

All CBT therapists and Legal Psychologists, who work with us are appropriately trained for the services provided, they have current DBS Certificate (disclosure & baring service) and registered with one or more of the following governing bodies:

Therapy via Skype

We offer one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions in the convenience of your own home via Skype on your computer. All you need is a network connection and a Skype user name.
